If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would — unfortunately, that's not an option.

My experience with Elegant Constructions has been deeply disappointing on multiple levels:

* Poor attention to detail: Despite repeated instructions, they consistently missed or ignored critical aspects of the project.
* Unethical billing practice*: I was asked to pay for the *same voucher* multiple times — either due to disorganization or something worse.
* Customer support is rude and aggressive: Instead of resolving concerns, they resort to dismissive and confrontational behavior.
* Management is unresponsive: I even contacted the owner directly via WhatsApp, but my concerns were ignored without any acknowledgment.

In the end, I had to terminate the contract midway — and walked away with a loss of *half a million* for absolutely nothing.

In a nutshell, I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Proceed at your own risk.

As a professional service provider managing multiple projects, timely collaboration is essential.The confusion regarding a repeated voucher payment originated from the society's side and not from us. To be clear, we have never demanded or received any duplicate payments. If further clarification is needed, we are open to discussing the details. The payments you made covered the full scope of design and drawing work, which was completed and delivered as agreed. These deliverables represent a significant portion of the contracted work and were provided in accordance with our agreement.Regarding comments about our staff's behavior—if there are any specific instances where you believe a team member was rude or unprofessional, we request you to present factual evidence. Throughout the project, our team maintained a professional and respectful approach.Our client base primarily consists of mature, satisfied clients who value quality and clear communication. While this project may not have aligned with your expectations, we remain confident in the integrity of our process and the professionalism of our team.

During the construction of our house, me and my family were pleasantly surprised with the experiences offered by Elegant Design & Construction. As far as our experience goes, we didn't face any issues throughout the process. What amazed us the most was the fact that the staff understood all of our concerns and needs and provided us with suggestions that helped us tremendously from a design and cost perspective.

Building our first home was a dream, but also a daunting journey—especially with no prior experience. Initially, I approached a few other construction companies, but most seemed focused only on making money. One of them even took 4 lacs for design work and never delivered anything meaningful. I was extremely disheartened.

Then I came across Elegant Design, and everything changed. I spoke to Ms. Neha, who encouraged me to visit their office and shared several of their completed projects. That one visit changed my perspective. I had my first meeting with Sohail sb, Jahanzaib sb, and Ms. Neha—their sincerity, professionalism, and commitment convinced me to move forward with them.

They constructed the grey structure of my house at a pre-agreed cost—not once did they ask for a single extra rupee. I got exactly what was promised. A special shoutout to Mr. Hasan, the site engineer, who was incredibly attentive. At one point, I requested a major change involving a pillar for a wider wall, and he made it happen without any resistance.

During the finishing phase, Mr. Jahanzaib and especially Mr. Arslan Ahmed handled everything flawlessly. I must admit, I made countless changes and requests—some quite annoying—but Mr. Arslan never lost his calm. His go-to line was always: “Sir, ho jaye ga, don’t worry.”

From day one, they promised to deliver the house within one year—and they delivered right on time, from after Eid-ul-Fitr 2024 to the end of April 2025. To top it off, they even organized a handover ceremony, which was a beautiful gesture that made my entire family feel truly special.

They not only builds houses—they build trust. I strongly recommend anyone considering construction in Bahria Town to visit them once. You won’t look elsewhere.
