We had a best experience with Elegant Homes and designs . Sohail sir and his team is best , talented and professionals. We almost purchased 4 properties from him now and this company service gets better and better by each day . We live abroad but even after a purchase of property he still provides us services to take care of our house and give us top notch safe services . He takes care of our property like it’s his home . I am glad we found honest and trustworthy people to purchase and take care of our house. After seeing best services this team is providing us ,per our recommendation our all family and friends are his clients now and everyone is satisfied and happy with his top notch services . They provide updates with live video detailing progress every day. From start to till now he make sure we have stress-free services by him . We had a contrasting experience with Elegant Design compared to another developer who we chose for our grey structure construction. The company that developed our grey structure had been deflective, skipping crucial steps of construction, cutting costs in materials and unresponsive to our concerns. Which led us to consider another developer for finishing of the project. We visited homes constructed by Elegant Design, and their construction quality impressed us, but what impressed us more when we started our construction journey with them was the transparency, care towards client's needs and having a helping attitude. We received an update video detailing progress every day. They helped us connect with providers for materials sourcing of good quality. Elegant Design were always available to address our concerns and went beyond call of duty. I recommend them as experts and professionals in construction business.
